Dale Carnegie (1888-1955,) was an American writer and lecturer and the developer of famous courses in self-improvement, salesmanship, corporate training, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Mr. Carnegie’s advice for successful living might be summed up in one of his maxims: “Forget yourself; do things for others.”

Rather than extol my virtues I will simply say that “I’m here to be of service.” I will however provide some details on my own health journey, as it explains my passion for helping others along their health journey.

My journey to sustained wellness can best be described as a long winding dirt road with many forks. Yet, I never gave up and was always certain I would find the answers around some corner or over the next hill. The short version (long version) is that I was sick for over 20 years due to an immune response that severely damaged my digestive system. After I removed the offenders from my diet, it took another 10 years to fully recover. In the midst of my illness, I prayed to God over and over to let my suffering have meaning and be the motivation to to help others.  This website and my passion to help others is the result of those answered prayers.

One of the things that has aided greatly in my healing, has not been any fancy drugs, but products derived directly from nature*. God (or Mother Nature if you are not a believer) put these on this planet for use to use. This fact is as obvious to me as the need to drink water. Many of these natural products are so effective, that it blows my mind when people poo poo them due to skepticism or simple ignorance. Skepticism is fine, but if you suffer from any of the common wellness concerns we discuss on this website and don’t try some of the natural products and lifestyle changes we recommend, all I can say is “Wow!”*

On the other hand, if you are open to natural forms of wellness, a recent study found 73 percent of the general population looks to natural products to improve their health.
